Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All U.S. orders over $50 ship for free.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, but we are working hard to make this possible in the future!
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Our processing times are usually between 1 and 3 days, but can take up to 7 days if we are experiencing a large volume of orders. Once your order has shipped, it should arrive within 10 days depending on the shipping method. For specific updates on your order, feel free to email us at howdy@bienbean.com!
Can I make an edit to my order?
If you need to change your shipping address, make edits to your order, or want to cancel an order please email us at howdy@bienbean.com. We will try to accommodate the changes or cancellation to the best of our ability as long as we have not yet shipped out your order!
To cancel or make edits to your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.
We cannot make modifications to your billing address or payment method.
What do I do if my package is missing, damaged, or I received the wrong item(s)?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please see our Return/Exchange Policy for more details.
