Shipping policy

PROCESSING/SHIPPING

  • Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Bien Bean strives to maintain a fast shipping rate and attempts to ship all orders within the next day after being placed. However, this may increase during high volume periods. If you need to request overnight shipping, please email us at howdy@bienbean.com BEFORE placing the order to ensure that your item will arrive on time.
  • Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  Shipping notifications are automated and controlled by the carrier. Delays in shipping may occur with the carrier and is not a reflection of Bien Bean.
  • If there are concerns with your tracking and/or shipment you will need to contact the carrier directly.
  • Bien Bean reserves the right to not be liable or responsible for shipping issues, or damage that occurs during shipping, once the item has left us.

REROUTING PACKAGES

  • Sometimes an incorrect or incomplete address is given to us, please reach out immediately with the correct information and we will do our best to re-route the item to its correct destination. However, we are not liable for any mistakes made by our shipping carriers, nor do we promise that an order can be re-routed once in transit.
  • If we are unable to get the box re-routed while in transit, the carrier will return the package to us. We will then attempt to correct the mistaken address and re-ship it to the proper destination. There is a re-route fee if an item is returned to us that will be invoiced to you (using the email provided on the order) upon receiving said package.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT

  • Bien Bean is not liable for damages during shipment. We package everything with caution, but on rare occasions a package will be damaged during shipment. If your package is damaged upon receipt: take a picture of the damaged packaging and report it to the carrier.
  • We maintain the right to refuse credit based on items damaged in transit. Please review our return/exchange policy for more information or contact us at howdy@bienbean.com with any questions.

MISSING PACKAGES

  • We have had carriers mark some orders as delivered before actually dropping them off, so please allow 3 days after your tracking was marked as delivered to report a package missing as it may turn up. Make sure to ask anyone who could have received your order accidentally or accepted it on your behalf - such as roommates and neighbors - before considering your order missing.
  • Once all options are ruled out and the package has still not arrived, please contact the carrier directly to report the package missing. You can email us at howdy@bienbean.com for additional information about the package that may assist with your claim.
  • Bien Bean is not responsible for items lost once it leaves our location. Any packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are not received by the purchaser should be reported to the carrier.
